You may return most new, unopened items within seven days for a full return as long as they are in the same condition as when purchased. Exchanges may occur within 14 days, as long as the item is in the same condition as when purchased.
If a refund is being requested and the item was purchased with a credit/debit card, then the original credit/debit card must be used for the return. At that time, we will be able to issue an in-store refund. It may take the bank five to ten business days to process the refund and appear back in your account. If the item(s) was purchased with cash then the store is able to refund cash as long as there are sufficient funds at that store location. If a cash refund is not possible a check will be issued. The check may be picked up at any of our locations or mailed.
If you are shipping the item back to us, expect a five to ten business day delay. Refund cannot happen until the item(s) has been shipped back to one of our locations and inspected by an Eyewear Specialist.
If there are any changes to your prescription, you can return your glasses to us within 60 days and we'll remake your glasses with your new prescription. We can also troubleshoot with you if there are some issues with your prescription.
