Non-Reflective - WORKS

The Evolve does what it says it does + more.
In the daytime they turn gray - good for driving.
At night they turn clear - good for driving + non-reflective coating does in fact reduce glare from headlights of on-coming traffic & from street lights.
Makes driving much easier , for me.
